I disagree. There's a support base in the Downtown area that could support Dick's. Dicks could also do well if a store would open along the RiverWalk, Dequindre Cut, or even in Midtown. Moosejaw prices were too high and they only dealt with camping gear mostly.Quote:

Good to see that a lot of these shops represent destination retail. Stores that will bring people in from the whole metro area because these brands don't have any other, or few other, local locations. Once you can draw customers downtown with a few big names you can fill in the rest with more common brand stores and local shops.
Bedrock needs to keep the retail momentum going!
On Woodward looks like a Duncan Donuts is opening where Halal Guys would’ve opened. I’m not sure if this a store but say wrapping that said like East Peazy where the former Cornerstone used to be
