Just a note to a prospective tennant who called. Pat is under going radiation treatment and is taking pain medication. He felt terrible that someone called and felt bad that he couldn't answer questions asked. This is a large beautiful home and there are currently two other long term tennants. I would be living there myself if I wasn't responsible for my aging mother. I go at least three times a week to vacum, dust and clean. This is a sweet deal for someone on a budget especially WSU students.
