There is one apartment in my building up for rent now, and a second will be up the end of the month. They are 1 bedrooms, small and the olny utility you pay is electric. Rent is $450. They are just north of Wayne State. Let me know if you are interested.

How big are they and do you have any pictures of them? Also whats the name of the apartment place?

my landlord has two apartments coming up for rent-- one is $650 (all utilities incl.) and one is around $450 (util. incl.)-- in midtown near the DIA. i'll only pass his info on to nice, quiet-ish people though. i live on the property as well. :)
