Right field screen at Tiger Stadium up to the upper deck...

What season was it that they put up a screen in right field at Tiger Stadium that went up to the upper deck to cut down on home runs? I'm thinking it was 1960 or 1962. Anyone remember said screen? Any photos of it around?
