Gone
is the huge Wonder Bread sign that once crowned the building.
It has now been replace with a sign proclaiming its new life
and role: The Motor City Casino. It is scheduled to
open in December 1999.

to life as worker toil day and night to remodel the old building.

the west behind the building three blocks of houses and a
church have been cleared to construct parking lots for the
casino to be.
